An aerobic water workout reducing impact on joints and increasing cardiovascular endurance.
Moderate intensity water aerobics. This class includes a cardiovascular workout followed by toning exercises using a variety of equipment in the water.
Deep Water Aquafit
Moderate intensity water aerobics held in the deep end of the pool. This class includes a cardiovascular workout followed by toning exercises using a variety of equipment in the water.
High intensity water aerobics, helping make you more flexible and fit. This class emphasizes core strength, range of motion and toning of the body by performing high intensity exercises in shallow water.
