Cheerleading
Ages 5-11. Come and learn the basics of cheerleading. Learn basic cheers, motions, jumps and stunts. Cheer at basketball games.

Cost is $100 members, &110 program members, $125 non-members. Cost includes 10 one hour practices, 10 games, uniform rental, hairbow and trophy. Signups begin October 3 at the Naugatuck YMCA front desk. Space is limited.

Dance Instruction
Beginning again Mondays in the Fall!
Ballet/Jazz for 4-5 year olds
Mondays 6:10 - 7:10 p.m.
Ballet/Jazz for 6-8 year olds
Mondays 7:15 - 8:15 p.m.

FLIPPING FROGS**
For the beginner or the advanced gymnast ages 7 & up. A review of the basic gymnastic introduction while also concentrating on more advanced moves such as back and front handsprings and back tucks.
Wednesdays 6:00 pm-7:00 pm

INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL OPEN Y NIGHT
Grades 5 & 6.
Pizza $1 per slice. Free snacks & drinks. Swimming, Open gym, Game room. Tickets go on sale Monday before event.

Karate
Tang Soo Doo for ages 6–14. Structured to promote success while developing skills and self-confidence.
Mondays 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Fees: $40 Members, $57 Program Members

Open Y Night - March 2005

Reading and Rhythm
New program deigned to help children discover the enjoyment of reading and movement. Class includes 40 minutes of reading and 20 minutes of dance and movement.
Program available for grades 1&2, 3&4, and 5&6.

TUMBLING TIGERS**
For children ages 5-6.
A basic introduction to gymnastics including cartwheels, handstands, body control and front and back walk-overs.
Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:00 pm

Youth Boxing
Golden Gloves Boxing. Open to youth 5 -13. Instructions will be held on Wednesdays from 5-6 p.m. at the YMCA.
Boxing starts December 7 2011- April 14, 2012 Call for more details.
Golden Gloves Tournament is April 14th 2012.
Program members $50, Full members $30.

Have Your Birthday Party at the YMCA
Pool Parties & Rentals available.
Includes: lifeguarded swim time, staff assistance, and clean up.
