Exercising in the water is a great way to rehab from an injury, cross train or add a new activity to your exercise schedule!
We offer water exercise classes for all abilities, including high paced classes that will get your heart pumping in the deep end of the pool and low impact therapy classes.
Water exercise classes are free to members.
If you are new to exercise, the water is a great place to start. This class helps you to tone without pain and get some aerobic conditioning in.
This is a great toning workout. Think of it as aerobics in the water.
