Strength & Agilities
Athletic performance training, incorporating strength and agility techniques, will help build and develop overall athleticism and ability in the young athletes. Classes will build confidence needed for developing athletes to try new things, to be more efficient in their movements and increase their athletic abilities.

Classes are TUESDAY nights Ages 7-9 yrs old 6-7pm and 10-14 years old 7-8pm. Session begins November 13th.
