Silver Sneakers® Cardio Circuit
Flexibility and muscular strength exercises.

Silver Sneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Motion (MSROM)
Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Tai Chi
Benefits may include improvement to your balance & coordination improved muscle stamina & strength and increased circulation. Highly recommended for those with arthritis or stiffness.

Warm Water Exercise
No swim ability necessary
This class is not included as part of WCDAA Senior workout

YMCA Workout
Increase cardiovascular & muscular endurance. Non impact choreography combined with upper body workout using weights & elastic tubing. Great for beginners or older adults.

Strengthen and tone while you increase your flexibility. Learn breathing techniques to help calm you for your busy day. No previous knowledge of yoga required.

Gentle Yoga
Learn basic yoga postures and breathing techniques while honoring your body. Great for beginners of all levels. Modifications will be made to accommodate all physical restrictions.

This class is designed with the same guidelines as Zumba, but for those enthusiastic Active Older Adults and Beginners.

Aqua Fit
If you are new to exercise, want to tone without pain and get some aerobic conditioning this is the class for you.

FREE to members, guests can pay a guest fee $9 for adults, $5 for older adults.

An overall toning & aerobic workout in the water. Great for beginner & intermediate participants. (Dept. of Aging inclusive)

Coffee Hour
All welcome. Join your friends or make new ones! Coffee, Tea and Juice provided-bring a sandwich or snack. Pot Luck seasonal & holiday celebrations offered throughout the year.

Cooking with Linda - Nutrition ABC
An informational learning class which will focus on basic nutrition. This class will help participants learn how to plan, shop and eat in a healthier way, focusing on nutritional content of foods, reading labels, planning meals and avoiding pitfalls in daily life.

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren
Monthly meetings. Join us for fun and support. Kids enjoy the pool while grandparents meet.

Live Well Workshop Free!
Free 6 week workshop for people with ongoing health conditions like diabetes, depression, heart disease, arthritis, pain & anxiety or those caring for someone with an ongoing health condition.
Class is on Thursdays, contact front desk for next class information.

Senior Work Out
Through a Grant from WCAA, registered individuals over 60 can use the YMCA facilities (pool & Workout Center)
Mon-Friday 5:30-1:00 pm with a donation of $2.00 per visit. Includes all Fitness Classes until 1:00, except Warm Water Exercise
Enjoy camaraderie and companionship while staying in shape. Registration forms available at the Front Desk.
Does not include Arthritis. All others are included.
