The Naugatuck YMCA is a place where family matters. The door is open to families of all shapes, sizes, races, religions and incomes. Whether it's through aquatics, exercise programs or youth sports, the Naugatuck YMCA gives families a chance to spend good time together. Something as simple as splashing around in the pool or playing some basketball together can reap lasting benefits, as parents and kids learn how to care for and communicate with each other. If we can do anything to help you and your family enjoy your YMCA more, please let us know.
