Aquasize new
An overall toning & aerobic workout in the water. Great for beginner & intermediate participants. (Dept. of Aging inclusive)

Aquatic Combo
A deep water conditioning class using interval training and laps
Mon. & Wed. 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Ball, Balance & Tone
A low impact class using stability balls, weights & low impact cardio to firm & tone muscles and increase core strength & balance. Good for beginners & intermediate participants. Tues & Thurs 5:55 - 6:25 p.m.

Co-Ed Boxing
Boxing instruction and endurance training
Mon - Thurs 5-6:30 p.m

Dance Aerobics
An exciting beginner/ intermediate class to help you spice up your exercise routine. Bring a friend and learn simple choreographed routines to a funky beat.
Mondays 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Deep Water
A challenging conditioning & toning class using water exercise equipment in the deep end.
Mon, Wed & Fri 9-9:30 a.m.

Flex & Tone
Flexibility and muscular strength exercises.
Tues & Thurs 6:45-7:45 a.m.

High School Friday Night Hoops
Pick up games 8-11 p.m.
Starts in March.

Kickboxing
Kick, jab and punch your way to fitness. Great for the intermediate level participant.
Mon 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Thursday 10-10:45 a.m.

Racquetball Instruction
Increase your cardiovascular fitness while learning the basics of racquetball. Meet other players and increase your skills
Mon & Wed 9:45-10:45 a.m.

Salsa new
Get in shape with a fun Latin flair! Thursdays 6:00 - 6:45 p.m.

Step & Tone
A high energy step aerobics incorporating toning exercises using weights and resistance equipment
Wed 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Strength Training
Join us for a basic strength training. Increase your strength and muscle tone while learning proper form and breathing techniques. Appropriate for beginning and intermediate participants.
Tues & Thurs 5:15 - 6:00 p.m.
Wed. 9:45 a.m.

Strollerobics
Enjoy time with other parents and your child while receiving the benefits of an aerobic and toning workout! Bring your child and a stroller with non-marking wheels. Class will be held indoors during inclement weather.
Tuesdays 10-11 a.m.

Tai Chi
Suitable for all fitness levels. Improve balance, coordination, muscle strength & stamina. Increase circulation. Highly recommended for those with Arthritis. (Dept of Aging inclusive)
Tuesdays 10:15-11:15 a.m. and Saturdays 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Walk it Off new
A high energy walking group. Enjoy the spring weather. Great for intermediate level and up.
Mon & Wed 9:45 - 10:45 a.m.

YMCA Workout
Increase cardiovascular & muscular endurance. Non impact choreography combined with upper body workout using weights & elastic tubing. Great for beginners or older adults.
Tues. & Thurs. 9-10 a.m.

Yoga
Strengthen and tone while you increase your flexibility. Learn breathing techniques to help calm you for your busy day. No previous knowledge of yoga required.
Monday 10-11 a.m. and Friday 9:15 - 10:30 a.m.

Zumba
Dance your way to a fitter you. Exciting and unique Latin moves. The class that is taking the world by a storm. Tuesdays 6:00 p.m.





Fitness Class Fees (Adult Fitness Classes are FREE to Full Members!)
(7 week Session) Excludes Specialty Classes
4-day classes - Program members $180 per session. ($6.42 per class). Drop in fee $9 per class.
3-day classes
- Program Members $135 per session ($6.43 per class). Drop in fee $10 per class.
2-day classes
- Program Members $90 per session ($6.43 per class). Drop in fee $10 per class.
1-day classes - Program Members $45 per session ($6.43 per class). Drop in fee $10 per class.

*Workout Center Orientation: Free to Full Members Only *Racquetball: Full members free/Guests $10 drop in fee (full members may reserve court a day ahead) *Nutrition Counseling: Full members $40, Program members $70 (available to members only) *Fitness Testing: Full members $25, Program members $40 (available to members only) *Personal Training -1 hour session: Full members $40, Program members $70 (available to members only)
