Minimum age requirement is 15. Waterfront Lifeguarding is offered for an additional fee after you have completed and passed the Lifeguarding course.

Parent/Child Swim Lessons
Classes for children 6 mos. to 3 years.
Fee: $52 Members

Preschool Swim Instruction
For preschoolers 3-5 years old.
Four levels: Pike, Eel, Ray, & Starfish
Fee: $52 Members/$52 Program Members

Progressive Swim
For children 6-14 years.
Classes geared towards child's swim ability.
Six levels: Polliwog, Guppy, Minnows, Fish, Flying Fish & Sharks

Scuba
Classroom and pool sessions will be held at the Naugatuck YMCA on Tuesdays from 6-9pm.

Total Cost: $400 Members, $420 Non Members

Competitive Stroke Clinic
For swim team members only ages 6 and up.
An excellent conditioning program run year round. Designed for swimmers to perfect their stroke techniques, starts, and turns.
