Kick up the Cardio
Designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Non-impact choreography alternated with upper body workout utilizing weights & elastic tubing. A fun & safe workout, great for beginers or older adults.
Tues & Thurs 8:00 - 8:45 a.m. FREE to members, $8 guest fee

Flex & Tone
Flexibility and muscular strength exercises.

Tuesday & Thursday 7 - 8 am

Parents Groups

Mother/FatherRead®
Parents of preschoolers and other children's caregivers will have the opportunity to improve both their parenting and reading skills through participation in this powerful family literacy program. Participants will read and analyze a different children's book each week. They will discuss themes, parenting issues and ways to present the material to their children.

New session starts Jan. 10th. Come join this fun & interesting group. FREE and free babysitting too! Tuesdays 9:15-11:00 a.m. Sign up now! Space is limited. For more info contact Denise Sullivan.

Come to the Y and crochet, knit, scrapbook or hang out. Share and experience ideas with other Moms.
Fridays from 9:15-11:15 a.m. Babysitting available for $3.50. Please call the day before to sign up your child.

Menomove
An informal lifestyle change program with discussion on healthy living, keeping active, changing bad habits into good. Weekly weigh ins, bring a brown bag lunch.

Fitness Testing
A simple computerized test to measure lean body fat. You will receive report recommending exercise and nutrition programs tailored to your needs. Appointments can be made at front desk.
Fees: $15 Members, $20 Nonmembers

Chair Massage
By Appointment.

Fees: $15 Members, $20 Program Members/Drop-Ins
